This pedestal leg is constructed of fireclay (a variation of vitreous china that has greater amounts of quartz and feldspar), which is heavier, denser and thicker than regular clay - qualities that insure smooth, flat surfaces not achievable with standard vitreous china. It features a circa "1922" authentic oval style. It is for use with Standard Collection sink tops and is designed to match the Standard Collection toilets.
