Avon Fostoria Heart & Diamond Candle holder

7-1/8" tall x 3-3/4" across rim. Made by Fostoria for Avon in 1978. Has Avon 1978 embossed on the bottom. Mint condition. Does not have the candle that came with it.but is refillable.
